Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

We will take every precaution when packing your order to ensure your animals arrive alive. Our LAG will only apply if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Temperatures at the delivery address are between 40 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit - OR - the order is shipped to a carrier hub or retailer authorized by the carrier to accept shipments (for example, the “FedEx At Walgreens” program).

  2. The buyer initiates contact about an issue within 2 hours of the delivery time reported by the carrier.

  3. The buyer provides pictures of any Dead On Arrival (DOA) animals when contact is initiated.

If these conditions are met, the animal or colonies in question will either be replaced or refunded, at IsoParty’s discretion.

LAG does NOT apply if any of the following are true:

  1. The buyer provides the incorrect delivery address. IsoParty LLC is not responsible for orders placed with the incorrect delivery address, and no refunds or LAG will be provided. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct information at checkout.

  2. Temperatures are below 40 degrees or above 85 degrees Fahrenheit at the shipping address provided at checkout AND the order destination is not a carrier hub or authorized retailer.

  3. Contact is not initiated by the buyer within two hours of the order being reported Delivered or Picked Up by the carrier.

Shipping

At this time, we only ship to the contiguous United States. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of their local regulations regarding animal ownership and to only purchase animals which they can legally own.

Flat Rate Shipping

USPS Priority, $10 flat rate. NO LAG INCLUDED. NO REFUNDS FOR DOA’S UNDER ANY CONDITIONS

UPS 2-Day, $25 flat rate. LAG INCLUDED ONLY IF SHIPPED TO HUB OR AUTHORIZED RETAILER

Fedex Overnight, $50 flat rate. LAG INCLUDED

NO REFUNDS OR LAG WILL BE PROVIDED IF BUYER DOES NOT PROVIDE THE CORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT. ISOPARTY LLC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS PLACED WITH THE INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS.

Shipping Windows

Orders with live animals will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed Sunday-Tuesday will ship the week the order is placed. Orders placed Wednesday-Saturday will be shipped the following week. If you need your order scheduled for delivery on a specific date, please reach out to us PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER and we will provide assistance.

EXCEPTIONS TO DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Be aware that federally recognized holidays may impact our shipping schedule due to policies our carriers may have in place. In addition, IsoParty LLC reserves the right to delay shipment if weather or extenuating circumstances will not allow for safe transport of animals.

Orders containing only Dry Goods will usually ship within two business days.

Returns and Refunds

NO returns will be accepted on live animal purchases. Only dry goods are eligible for returns. Buyer assumes return shipping fees. Returned items will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.

If an item arrives damaged or the incorrect item was sent, reach out to us at Isoparty@IsoPartyShop.com and we will provide assistance. Please include pictures of the incorrect or damaged good.

Refunds or re-shipments of live animals will only occur if our LAG applies. See our LAG policy above.

IsoParty LLC assumes no responsibility for animals once they have been delivered. IsoParty LLC will not provide refunds or replacements for animals after they have been marked Delivered or Picked Up by the carrier. We will ensure only healthy animals will be shipped, but we have no control over their quality of care once they arrive.
